1. Once the purchase of the gift e-voucher is processed and sales captured, no cancellation, exchange, or refund will be made.
2. The gift e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or credited to any account.
3. The validity dates stated on the e-voucher apply.
4. Present your mobile phone with an opened gift e-voucher to the cashier at the time of redemption, please ensure you have an active internet connection. Screenshots and printed copies of e-vouchers will not be accepted.
5. The gift e-voucher is exchangeable for products at any Isetan Store in Singapore, excluding items services from hair & beauty salons, cafes & restaurants, alteration & delivery services.
6. If the value of the e-voucher is not fully redeemed, no refund in cash or in other means will be given for the balance.
