Wogi is a socially engaging world of gift cards that connects brands and consumers.
WOGI is only available in Singapore, and gifts given on Wogi can be redeemed only in Singapore.
Be sure to check the Terms of Redemption for every gift card provider as well.

If Wogi cancels a gift card purchase, there will be no charge.
In case of a charging, please report immediately to [email protected] and we will process a refund.
To change the email address associated with your account, simply login to your account, click on your profile and than go to My Profile from the menu. You can change your email address there.
To reset a password you will need to follow the instructions sent to you via email. When you choose the new password make sure it is at least 8 characters long.
All gift cards which you have received are available under the My Gift cards tab after you login to your account. All gifts which you have sent to others can be seen under the Sent Gift Cards tab. All Archived gifts are viewable under the Archive tab.
You can access a list of all transactions made from your account by clicking on your Profile and then selecting My History.
All orders are normally process instantly, as soon as your payment is successful unless you order is outside of Singapore or/and we need additional payment validation. In this case we will process your order as soon as we validate your payment which can take up to 2 days.
E-mail Notification -> If you have received an e-mail notification, all you have to do is to click on the link and create your Wogi Account. Once your account is created and you are successfully signed in, your gift card will be waiting for you in My Gift cards.
SMS Notification -> If you have received an SMS notification, all you have to do is to create your Wogi Account. Once your account is created and you are successfully signed in, you can claim your gift card by clicking on Claim Gift Card. You will need to enter the last 4 digits of your mobile number and the claim code you have received in the message.
Yes, you can schedule delivery after you have selected the gift card and you have assigned a recipient. You can schedule a delivery at up to one month from the current date. The gift card will be delivered at 9am on the scheduled day.
All gift cards are delivered instantly unless you choose the ‘Scheduled Delivery’ or ‘Self-Delivery’ options. Scheduled deliveries will be received at at 9am on the scheduled day. Self-Delivery relies on you printing and delivering the gift card yourself.
E-mail notification -> Please either click on the link in the email, or log in to Wogi with the same email address which received the notification.
SMS notification -> Please make sure you claim your gift card from the Claim Gift Card menu. Make sure you use the last 4 digits of the phone number where you have received the notification as well as the right claim code, which was sent to you in the SMS.
If you still experience problems claiming your gift card, please email us at hi@wogi.sg as soon as possible.
As soon as your mail or SMS message has been delivered and seen by the recipient, you will receive an email notification. We will notify you again when your friend registers with Wogi and claims their gift card.
We're sorry, no. Gift cards are personal and we feel strongly that they should stay so.
However, you will soon be able to swap gift cards if you don’t like them.

In general, just print the gift card and bring it with you to the store.
If you are using a mobile device, please show the gift card to the cashier.
If there is no bar code, ask the cashier to enter the code manually.
Follow the on-line redemption instructions for the gift card.
In general, just enter the code when you check out on the transaction page. Look for an input field marked ‘Gift Card Code’, ‘Vouchers’, ‘Discount’ etc.
If there is a balance remaining on your gift card, just ask the merchant to check the balance for you next time you are in the shop.
You will soon be able to access your gift card balance online at your Wogi account.
In store -> Please follow the in-store redemption instructions for your gift card. If the code doesn’t scan, ask the cashier to type manually.
Make sure the cashier to enters the Gift Card Code, not any other numbers or codes.
On-line -> Please follow the on-line redemption instructions for your gift. Look for an input field marked with ‘Gift Card Code’, ‘Voucher’, ‘Coupon’, ‘Discount Code’, etc.
Make sure that you delete any spaces from the gift code when you copy it over or type it into the retailer's shopping cart.
All codes are case sensitive.
Remember, you must enter the code before you confirm the payment transaction.

Giving a WOGIflex gift card allows the recipient to redeem any WOGI item of his or her choice, rather than a specific gift which you select.
Just decide on the amount and the recipient will receive WOGI$ that can be accumulated and converted to any gift available at any time.
Normally, your WOGI$ are valid for a period of 1 year, and can be accumulated and combined up to 999$ under a single account.
If the WOGI$ are were received as part of a promotion, please refer to the promotion details for their expiration date as this may vary.
You can use WOGI$ to purchase, in whole or in part, any gift card (except Game/Digital Credits) available on WOGI.sg
WOGI$ can be only spent online at Wogi.sg, but they can be used to buy any gift cards from any participating brand (except other game credits/other digital credits).
Just choose the gift card you want. When it is time to pay just apply your WOGI$. That's it.
