MUJI was founded in 1980. Its origin was a thorough rationalization of the manufacturing process with an eye to creating simple, low-cost, good-quality products. Specifically, we reexamined products through three lenses: material selection, inspection process and packaging simplification. For instance, if you omit the bleaching process for pulp, the resulting paper is light beige in colour. MUJI used this paper for its packaging and labels. The ensuing products are remarkably pure and fresh. In notable contrast to the prevailing over-embellished products in the marketplace, MUJI’s products have won great appreciation and sent shock waves not only through Japan but across the entire world.

2) Once you have completed your shopping, please proceed to the cashier counter.
3) Present your E-Gift Card(s) to the cashier for payment (please take note that MUJI E-Gift Card is valid for one-time use and any unutilized amount will be forfeited.
4) Once the amount is deducted from the E-Gift Card(s), redemption is completed.

Terms of redemption
1) MUJI E-Gift Card is valid for one-time use, there is no reload and any unutilized amount will be forfeited. Redemption of MUJI E-Gift Card is only applicable in Singapore and can only be used on the purchase of products and services provided by MUJI Singapore Retail Stores and Cafe&Meal MUJI. It cannot be used for online purchases.
2) If a purchase exceeds the balance in the MUJI E-Gift Card(s), the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
3) MUJI E-Gift Card(s) have a validity period. Extension of the validity period is not allowed.
4) The MUJI E-Gift Card is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, vouchers or coupons. There is no refund of the balance value on your MUJI E-Gift Card, any unused balance will be forfeited upon expiry
5) MUJI Singapore reserves the rights to correct the balance of your MUJI E-Gift Card if we believe that a clerical, billing or accounting error has occurred.
6) MUJI E-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other MUJI E-Gift Cards or MUJI Gift Cards. The value stored in a MUJI E-Gift Card cannot be transferred to another MUJI E-Gift Card. MUJI E-Gift Card cannot be reloaded, resold, or transferred for value, except to the extent required by law. The E-Gift Card is deemed void if reloaded, resold without authorization, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Any unused MUJI E-Gift Card(s) cannot be transferred.
7) The ownership and risk of loss of MUJI E-Gift Card is pass on to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the E-Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient. MUJI Singapore is not responsible for any lost or stolen MUJI E-Gift Card(s), and the E-Gift Card(s) will not be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your E-Gift Card, please contact our [email protected] immediately.
8) MUJI E-Gift Card(s) are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the email address but the E-Gift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed: Email inbox is over the size limit. If a spam filter is blocking our emails from getting to the inbox, the email settings will need to be modified so that our emails are not considered spam. If the email is still not found, kindly contact us at [email protected] for assistance immediately.
