1. Only original Gift card codes (Screenshots; printouts; photos are not accepted) must be presented and must be presented before service.
2. Gift card code is applicable for facial, massage, contouring, hair & scalp services
3. Gift card code is only for one-time use, the unutilized amount will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash or spa credits.
