Redeem Klook Gift Card Online

1. Sign up or Login to their Klook account
2. Once users are signed in to their account, head to the gift card page from the user profile. Kindly ensure that users have selected the correct country/currency (Singapore).
3. Upon landing on the gift card page, scroll down the page and the redemption section is located halfway down the gift card page. Fill in the gift card code given to redeem.
4. Once the gift card has been redeemed, the value will be shown in the user profile.
5. The gift card value can be used on any Klook purchase for the specified currency. Enjoy!

Terms of redemption

1. The e-voucher is valid for one user only.
2. The e-voucher value is on a drawdown basis and can be used for multiple transactions, depending on each spend.
3. All e-vouchers are issued by Klook Travel Technology Limited (“KLOOK”).
4. By purchasing an e-voucher, you agree to be bound by these e-voucher Terms & Conditions and KLOOK’s General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as may be amended or modified from time to time at KLOOK’s sole discretion.
5. Your continued use of the e-voucher and/or KLOOK’s website and mobile app (collectively, the “KLOOK Platform”) after such amendments or modifications constitutes your acceptance of them.
6. The e-voucher is non-refundable and cannot be re-transferred or sold to third parties.
7. Purchase of e-vouchers is ineligible for earning KLOOK Credits.
8. Unless otherwise specified, use of KLOOK Credits or The e-voucher balance and all special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons will not be applicable in the purchase of the e-voucher.
9. Payment for the purchase of e-vouchers may only be in the currency of the e-voucher balance.
10. KLOOK shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage of KLOOK e-voucher arising from acts and omissions of the user or any third party.
11. Subject to applicable law, KLOOK reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate these e-voucher Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
