Terms of redemption
1. Applicability: The egift card code can only be used at ZALORA and is applicable for multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted or the card expires. Stackable with Brand Vouchers and Bonus Vouchers. Not stackable with other Zalora and Bank/Payment Voucher.
2. Returns and Refunds: The egift card code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be cancelled. In the event of a return, the refunded amount will be credited back to the voucher code, which can be used for future purchases. The voucher code will not be replaced nor reimbursed if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
3. Validity: EGift cards are valid for a fixed period from the date of activation. The specific validity will depend on the type of egift card purchased and can be found in the email confirmation received upon purchase.
