Gift Card Online
E-Gift cards can be used for bookings of services that meet the specified conditions. There are two redemption methods:
Redemption Method 1, redeem upon payment booking page:
1) Go to https://hk.trip.com/.
2) Select a Trip.com booking service (e.g., a hotel room/flight).
3) Fill in your booking information and confirm the purchase (Please do not fill in “Promo Code”).
4) On the payment page, select "Gift Card" and enter your 12-digit E-Gift Card Number(s) and the 6-digit PIN number(s). Please note that bookings paid with E-Gift cards will not earn Trip Coins.
Redemption Method 2, link it to your Personal Account:
1) Go to https://hk.trip.com/, and visit the "Gift Card" page.
2) Select “My Gift Cards”, enter your 12-digit E-Gift Card Number(s) and the 6-digit PIN number(s) at “Search/Link Gift Card” to link the card to your account.
3) Once an E-Gift card is linked, it cannot be unlinked on your own. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Terms of redemption
1. “Trip.com Gift Card” is a virtual card with prepaid value issued by Trip.com for use on Trip.com’s website and mobile application.
2. By purchasing or using a Trip.com E-Gift Card, E-Gift Card Purchasers and Holders are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with the Trip.com Gift Card T&C and warrant that they have capacity to enter into the Trip.com E-Gift Card T&C (including being at least the required age to have capacity in their country).
3. When using a Trip.com E-Gift Card, Trip.com’s General T&C will also apply.
4. Trip.com E-Gift Cards are non-refundable.
5. Trip.com E-Gift Cards can only be used to book travel products and services on Trip.com’s website and mobile application. Trip.com E-Gift cards are valid as it states on this e-voucher.
6. The balance on a Trip.com E-Gift Card can be used for the payment of multiple bookings.
7. Bookings redeemed with a Trip.com E-Gift Card are not eligible for Trip Coins.
8. Trip.com E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Trip.com E-Gift Card Purchasers and Holders are responsible for any losses as a result of their purchase or use of a Trip.com E-Gift Card that is not in accordance with the Trip.com E-Gift Card T&C and/or the applicable laws and regulations.
